Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, submit the request below. Your request will be sent to Twinkle support for account ownership verification before deletion is completed.
Enter the email address or phone number linked to your Twinkle account.
Submit the request. Your email application will open with the required request details.
We verify ownership, process the deletion, and reply to confirm the result or explain any information that must be retained by law.

Do not enter a password, card number, payment PIN, or verification code.
If your device cannot open email, contact jw.nyaguthii@gmail.com and include the account email or phone number.
What deletion removes
- Twinkle authentication and profile information.
- Profile photos stored by Twinkle.
- Likes, swipes, connections, matches, and messages.
- Reports, blocks, and account-linked payment or entitlement records.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
