Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation

Twinkle strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM), sexualisation or grooming of a minor, sexual or romantic solicitation of a minor, trafficking or exploitation of a minor, and any content or conduct that facilitates harm to a child. This prohibition applies to profile photos, bios, prompts, messages, links, usernames, and every other part of the Service.

2. Reporting

Members can report a profile, photo, or message using the in-app reporting controls. Reports involving a minor, suspected CSAM, grooming, or exploitation should be submitted immediately with the in-app reason Child sexual abuse or exploitation. A safety report can also be sent to jw.nyaguthii@gmail.com. Do not email or forward CSAM or other illegal material; provide the account name, profile link or message context instead.

3. Review and enforcement

Twinkle reviews safety reports, preserves relevant account and report information when necessary, and may remove content, restrict visibility, block an account, or permanently remove an account. Reports are handled by authorised administrators through a restricted moderation workspace. We prioritise reports involving children and take action as quickly as reasonably possible.

Where required by law or appropriate for safety, Twinkle will cooperate with law enforcement and report suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant authorities or reporting channels. We do not knowingly retain or redistribute illegal material.

4. Adult-only access

Twinkle is intended only for people aged 18 and older. Signup requires an adult confirmation, and profile completion requires an age of at least 18. Accounts that misrepresent age or appear to belong to a minor may be restricted or removed. If you believe a minor is using Twinkle, report the account in the app or contact us immediately.
